Dejiko and Puchiko are alien girls from the planet Di Gi Charat who have come to Earth. Hikaru has become a high school girl, and the Black Gema-Gema Gang continues to haughtily push forward down the path of evil. In the midst of all this bustling excitement, Brocco-desu, the goddess of the company Broccoli, and Bushirodo-no-Mikoto, the goddess of the company Bushiroad, enter the scene as new regulars.
